Muskogee Area Arts Council serves as a program incubator for the Muskogee arts community by developing new programs and then passing them on to other organizations to sustain. MAAC is is a 100% volunteer organization whose mission is to promote and serve as an advocate for the arts in the Muskogee area; to expand the positive impact of the arts; and to act as a partner in community development for the arts in this region.
