We are dedicated to the educational, financial and personal development of young leaders and entrepreneurs in our society. We are bridging the gap that prohibits our youth from reaching their maximum potential.udents Taking A New Direction is an educational youth program that includes recreation. This program encompasses Career Development, Self Esteem, Banking, Health and Wellness, Financial Planning and Etiquette just to name a few. Interactive activities and field trips that include: a variety of sports, billiards, arts and crafts, camping, swimming, weekly field trips, and cooking make developing academic enrichment, character and self esteem fun! One of our goals is to successfully prepare youth to survive in the workplace by equipping them through what we call, the ECLIPSE Program. This program is open to youth, ages 12-18 and is designed to partner with corporate, business, faith based and other youth organizations in order to place youth in hands on business/working experiences and providing them with the ongoing development of leadership skills, mentoring, business development, entrepreneurship, and career development. Youth will also focus on work ethics, professionalism, interviewing techniques, Dress for Success, and customer service skills.
